Waffles, sandwiches, tea

So today me and my mommy went to Melange Cafe in Taipei. We waited for over an hour to get in. But it was worth the wait.
I ordered matcha (this drink that's sort of green tea-ish but thicker, creamier):

They put sugar cubes in a little tin pot! How cute!

The waffles were super thick- crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the way it's supposed to be.

And of course, cute little sandwiches!

This post has nothing to do with fashion, but just thought I'd share this!

Schoolgirl plaid

I only have one photo today because my camera SD card decide to die on me.
I'm wearing a plaid button up tucked into distressed denim shorts with a brown braided belt. I paired it with gold sandals which you cannot see here. I really like the ruffle detailing down the front.

Spring Outfit Ideas

First off, this is my second attempt of creating a fashion blog. I'm a second semester senior, so hopefully I have enough time to keep this up.
Spring Outfit Ideas

1) corset crop top + high waist denim shorts
The floral print, corset cut, high waist shorts are perfect together. It shows a bit of skin but not too much. And anything girly yet edgy, I love.
Since it is spring, it can still get a bit chilly. A black blazer over it puts together the entire outfit and makes it look sophisticated.
The green edges add more color to the look (after all, it's spring!) and brings out the green in the corset.
2) laid back top + pastel skinny jeans
This look is perfect for spring because it looks laid back and effortless but still cute. If you know me, you know that I love wearing loose crop tops. Again, shows just a bit of skin.
Colored skinny jeans are so in this spring. Too bad I don't own a pair... yet.
You can dress up this simple outfit by adding accessories such as a layered necklace (or one with feathers, if you're feeling boho)
